THE ROLE As the team’s first Technical Support Engineer, this hire will play a critical role in supporting a large number of customer bases within the EigenLayer ecosystem. You will be the bridge between our innovative technology and the community’s needs. We are seeking out a technical expert who can provide rapid and effective solutions. Someone who is capable of enhancing and improving the experience of dApp users, developers, and business partners.  WHAT YOU WILL DO

Provide support to dApp users and other customer bases, assisting with technical diagnosis and problem solving while helping implement solutions.  Helping create, track and manage multiple ticket systems Managing and supporting users within Discord, Slack, and Telegram, and Intercom Proactively writing new documentation updates and user guides Quickly and confidently triage support tickets based on a scalable framework Answering general protocol questions Enhancing long-term support projects to ensure ecosystem growth Leading initiatives to improve the speed and quality of communications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Proven experience in a technical support or solutions engineering role In depth knowledge of blockchain and/or decentralized application concepts, components and ecosystems (i.e. PoS, validation, block explorers, smart contracts, etc). Front end development (Javascript/Typescript) Experience deploying and maintaining from the following: Rust, NodeJS, Foundry, Anvil Docker, Typescript, and Solidity Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to triage and address support tickets efficiently Exceptional communication skills, with experience managing and engaging with online communities

NICE TO HAVE

Professional blockchain industry experience  dApp Development experience Hands on experience working with Proof of Stake systems 

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. The annual salary range for this position is $150,000 - $220,000. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Eigen Labs provides various employee benefits, including:
