As part of the Customer Success team, you will be the first point of contact between our customers and the Ledger team. You will be in charge of providing quick and efficient technical support, and to do your best to ensure customer satisfaction.
The requests you will receive around Ledger’s products will be highly variable and require deep knowledge about the crypto ecosystem. They can be about complex transaction issues, staking issues, derivation path issues, private key issues, and a host of other technical topics relating to Ledger hardware and the software ecosystem surrounding it. Your job will be to solve the “hard” problems, those whose answers can be highly technical and likely aren’t found on our Support page (yet!).
