We are looking for a fast-paced, organized, proactive DeFi Research Analyst with a thirst for learning and personal development mixed with excellent knowledge of the crypto and DeFi landscape to work in our cutting-edge organisation.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and provide accurate token economic analysis models, and token design reviews
- Build complete investment analysis and recommendations for highly profitable investments
- Analyse and understand blockchain protocols, crypto projects, white papers and provide precise token economic information like unlocks forecasts, and supply shocks.
- Build accurate financial analysis models and complete token economic models
- Build Economic Models, Unlock Schedules, Liquid Supply Analysis, Supply Shock Analysis, Distribution Models to help our founders take actionable insights.
Must Have Skills and Attributes
- Minimum of undergraduate degree from a top university in a STEM discipline; strong academic track record.
- A core understanding of blockchain protocols, crypto projects, white papers and the DeFi ecosystem.
- Strong applied skills in Python, R, Matlab, and Solidity. Familiar with AWS.
- Experience in analysing and providing accurate token economic analysis models, token design review, building complete investment analysis and recommendations for highly profitable investments.
- Experience in providing precise token economic information like unlocks forecasts, supply shocks
- Strategic management skills and a background in Project Manager.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills honed as a member of an interdisciplinary team working in a rigorous quantitative research environment.
- High degree of communication ability, analytical intuition, directed curiosity, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
- High ability to work independently and conceptualize abstractly articulated goals into quantitatively provable objectives for self-guided execution.
