The Solana Mobile team is bringing Solana, a decentralized blockchain built to enable scalable, user-friendly apps for the world, to the mobile ecosystem. Our team is highly specialized and talented, so we’re looking for people who are willing to jump right in and use their expertise to help us launch Saga, our flagship Android device, and SMS, the world's first web3 mobile stack. About the role:

We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Operations Specialist to join the Solana Mobile team. You will manage the day-to-day marketing operations, own the marketing technology stack, and influence the prioritization of marketing programs with data. To be successful, you will need strong analytical skills and experiences with marketing technology stack. We are a small team and looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves and be excited to work on different aspects of marketing when opportunities arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing operations, ensure campaign delivery and marketing program execution
  • Own the marketing technology stack, including Iterable, Google AdWords, Google Analytics and more
  • Work with web development team to implement proper tracking, data collection and analytics
  • Lead strategic partner co-marketing initiatives and work with internal and external stakeholders on execution
  • Monitor and track key marketing performance indicators and make recommendations for marketing optimization
  • Build dashboard to track campaign performance and establish cadence of reporting to leadership
  • Work with agency partner on campaign asset planning, iteration, review and deployment
  • Willing to be a jack of all trades in marketing and grow your skill set by diving into new projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing operations & analytics experience
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Experience instrumenting marketing tracking
  • Track recording of using marketing performance data to optimize budget allocation
  • Be able to ruthlessly prioritize the important and urgent tasks over the daily noise
  • Web3 industry experience a strong plus
  • Startup experience a plus
