About The Role:
The Associate Product Manager (APM) program is focused on building the companies next generation of product leaders. As an APM, you will lead efforts across engineering, design, marketing, and beyond to launch impactful projects. Grow personally and professionally through mentorship, crypto experience, and hands-on learning.You'll use your start-up mindset and data-driven leadership skills to produce elegantly simple features that will be used across the companies family of products (such as 21 Shares, Amun, Content & Acquisition, and our platform teams).
The first 12 months, you will rotate across two different teams to gain experience across the company. After completion, you will be placed within a product team full time upon graduating from the program.
What You Need To Be Great In This Role:
- Enthusiasm for exceptional products and services, able to empathize with customers, and skilled at articulation of product functionality
- Understanding of tech and product development processes, known as a businessperson who can speak both tech and business languages
- Excellent cross-functional project management skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage demanding timelines
- Curiosity and hunger to know how things work and ability to use that knowledge to make connections and find opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset and bias toward action
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment
- A proactive, positive disposition to creatively problem-solve
- Highly organized, taking individual initiative and accountability for getting results
- Bachelor's degree required
