BlockFi is looking for a Technical Project Manager to support the Platform Engineering team within the Security PMO department.

About Your Team

As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our products' infrastructure that power our business. You will be supporting the platform engineering teams and collaborating with Product, Engineering, Security teams to ensure your team is focused on the high value items. You are the champion that helps your team to be organized, leads without authority and removes blockers as they arise. Your Mission

This is a fully remote role, affiliated with our EU-based team.

Your Expertise

• Strong background in managing Agile projects, defining and implementing Scrum and Kanban frameworks
• Experience in managing a technology team (ex: DevOps, Product) and workflows from start to end
• Understanding of the infrastructure, cloud, databases, observability functions
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Experience with tracking reporting on project status
• Define, manage project plans and deliverables
• Motivate and encourage team to do their best
• Ability to apply situational awareness to achieve desired outcomes - negotiate, speak up and escalate things when necessary

Nice to have:

• Be well versed in DevOps tools, concepts and methodologies
• Experience with cloud technologies (i.e. AWS)
• Atlassian Suite of products, Monday.com
• Experience with SOC 2 compliance is a plus
• Experience with incident response from technical outages and communicating to various stakeholders
• Any Agile certification is a plus
