Salary: Base salary of 200,000 USD with total compensation of 500,000 USD
Location: 100% Remote (Collaborating on UTC or EST)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solidity Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain. You will work closely with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to build and deploy decentralized applications that provide value to our users.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test smart contracts using Solidity and other blockchain technologies
- Collaborate with other developers to architect and implement complex decentralized systems
- Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable code using best practices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team's overall technical excellence
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the blockchain space
- Work with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Write and maintain technical documentation and provide support to other developers and stakeholders as needed
- Mentor junior developers and help foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in Solidity and Ethereum development
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Experience with open-source development and contribution to open-source projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
