Metagood is seeking a passionate Senior Product Designer to lead innovative projects within the Web3/NFT space. If you excel in creating compelling, user-centric designs and focus on problem-solving, apply to help drive our product evolution. Bonus points if experienced in Bitcoin or the NFT space.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead projects from initial concept through final execution, driving multiple product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and product management to rapidly design, iterate, implement, and launch products.
- Craft detailed high-fidelity mockups, optimizing user experience across mobile and web platforms.
- Create visually engaging designs and improve the brand design guidelines.
- Lead user testing, gather feedback and apply insights to drive product improvements.
- Influence product direction and drive design excellence by strategic and creative design thinking.
- Navigate the challenges of a remote work environment effectively, while maintaining high design quality, productivity and communication standards.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual and interaction design skills across various digital platforms.
- Expertise in visual design, with a keen eye for aesthetic trends.
- Proven track record in fast-paced startup environments, with a strong capability for rapid prototyping and agile, iterative design processes.
- Familiar with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Great communication and teamwork skills with the ability to lead and inspire the team.
- Strong ability to work independently, make decisive choices, and effectively manage priorities remotely.
