Your Responsibilities will include:

• We are looking for someone to work with the management team here at TRM to drive results; mentoring & coaching our managers to be world class.
• As a People Partner, you will be responsible for solving organizational challenges through people-related solutions. You will roll out programs to support our TRM Teammates.
• Form the building blocks to enable our rapidly growing teams to scale effectively. You’ll drive core practices including: compensation, performance, talent planning, organizational effectiveness, iterating on workforce design, and everything in between.
• You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive TRM through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.
• Act as an employee champion and change agent, proactively communicating needs with our People Ops team and business leadership.
