RECUR is seeking a Producer - Sports to join its team full time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, where you will manage key relationships and determine the product strategy for some of the largest, most recognizable brands in the world in the nascent and growing NFT space.

What you will do at RECUR

• RECUR’s internal operational lead for day to day process/operations management of the brand experience and NFT development - own the timelines and milestones
• Be an in-house subject matter expert on the brand content
• Think strategically and with a solution-oriented approach.
• Facilitate brand weekly, monthly and quarterly collaborations meetings for internal partners to ensure the teams are collaborating and the product is delivered on time.
• Create timelines/milestones leveraging project management tools (Monday.com).
• Track brand team workflow, providing project prioritization feedback and manage escalations.
• Ensure item set, product attributes and product approvals processes are established and tracked
• Partner with Creative, Marketing, Community, Product, Finance, Licensing, Gamification and Brand teams regularly.
• Create timelines/milestones leveraging project management tools (Monday.com)
• Ensure item set, product attributes and product approvals processes are established and tracked
• Own internal communication brand updates to Exec Management and the brand team

What you bring to RECUR

• 5+ years of experience in project or product management.
• Strong understanding of the creative & product development process.
• Outstanding project management & organization skills. Strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and relationship skills.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills with creative, marketing, and product design/development teams
• Expertise in key software applications (Monday.com, Slack, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Expertise in compiling compelling presentation decks and elite presentation skills
• Dedicated team player that goes the extra mile
• Comfortable communicating with all partners at all levels
• Flexible to change while able to manage and support multiple projects concurrently
• Proactive and demonstrates strong initiative able to manage day-to-day work-flow with minimal supervision
• Passion for sports & collectibles
