What you’ll do:

Reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Finance, you will partner with business leaders across the organization to help them meet their financial goals and provide support for tactical decision-making (e.g. ROI analysis, negotiating new contract terms, building financial models). You will develop a meticulous understanding of our business model and unit economics. As an early member of this team, you will help establish disciplined and accurate FP&A processes - budgeting, forecasting, monthly reviews with leadership, and long-range planning. You will track, report, and communicate progress against budget/plan with business stakeholders and leadership team on a monthly basis. You will also define KPIs and partner closely with the Data team to develop dashboards to make these metrics widely accessible across the organization.

Who you are:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in investment banking or corporate finance, running forecasting, budget/expense management, and investment decisions
• Advanced financial modeling skills - extensive experience building complex and error-free models from scratch (in Excel)
• Analytical thinker - a passion for metrics and the ability to be detail oriented while focusing on the big picture
• Strong verbal and written communication skills - comfort working across various levels, including leadership
• Expert Excel and Powerpoint skills
• Experience conducting industry and competitor research
• Excellent time management skills - willingness to independently and proactively work with teams across the company
• Knowledge of or interest in learning SQL/Python & Looker
