About the Role: Account Manager (Listings)

As Account Manager your mission will be to manage the end-to-end listing process for new cryptocurrency projects, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Actively seek out and contact potential cryptocurrency projects for listing on our exchange, enhancing the diversity and quality of our offerings.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential cryptocurrency projects seeking listing on our exchange.

Project Coordination:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new listings, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.

Communication:

Effectively communicate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure alignment on project timelines, requirements, and expectations.

Issue Resolution:

Proactively identify and address any issues that may arise during the listing process, working collaboratively with various teams to find timely and effective solutions.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of listing processes, client interactions, and project statuses.

Technical and Market-Making Assistance:

Add new blockchain projects via the internal system promptly and in a timely manner; monitor and maintain the accuracy of Order Book, Market History, and Trading Charts for existing blockchain projects and trading pairs on our platform, ensuring their proper display on the Cryptology website.

What We Look For:

Experience:

  • Robust experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably within the fintech, crypto, or technology sectors
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency market

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships

Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not crucial)
  • Fluency in English
