Responsibilities/Duties
- Researching new EMEA opportunities, analyzing the overall crypto market in EMEA and assisting with initial outreach
- Understand Figment’s business, reviewing leads and qualifying potential opportunities to curate prospects and build qualified leads into the sales funnel
- Driving business growth in EMEA and selling Figments staking services across all networks
- Contributing to achieving and exceeding sales targets including growing number of new customers by vertical, assets staked & revenue earned
- Assisting with relationship management for the EMEA region, provide onboarding, account management and support for customers post sale, throughout the implementation and staking lifecycle.
- Build and improve sales collateral to support pitches
- Assist with inbound customer requests and track and help resolve customer pain points and queries
- Drive customer satisfaction practices to increase retention and drive upsell opportunities
- Advocate for customer needs within the organization, working closely with product development sales and support teams and share trends and feedback from EMEA customers and prospects
- Work with Customer Success to help keep customers informed about product updates, new features, and industry best practices
- Assist with competitor analysis in the region to better understand the differences in products and services being offered by staking providers in the EMEA region
- Help attend and coordinate events in London (and Europe) as appropriate
- Partner closely with Head of EMEA to ensure operational excellence and that Figments brand and values are positively reflected locally
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- London based and able to attend events and commit to ~2 days a week in the office
- Past success of working with monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Demonstrated success meeting/exceeding quarterly and annual new business sales targets and scaling a tech or fintech sales initiative
- Proven track record of filling the sales funnel with qualified leads and nurturing those leads through the sales cycle
- Proven track record of inbound/outbound lead generation and filling the sales funnel with qualified leads and/or experience managing and maintaining customer relationships
- Success in driving customer expansion and advocating internally for customers’ unique needs.
- Experience using CRM tools to track leads and new opportunities
- Keen interest in crypto/blockchain with a familiarity of staking.
- Self-starter who is excited at the prospect of growing a business in a fast developing sector. Someone who is ready to get involved with every stage of the sales cycle
- Pragmatic and solutions-oriented: always looking for more efficient and effective ways to do things.
- Results oriented individual with a high EQ and love working with a growing team
- Track record of customer advocacy. This is an evolving space and you will be on the front lines
