What you will be responsible for:

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on potential investment opportunities in the crypto and technology sectors, with a focus on crypto mining and semiconductor industries.
  
• Evaluate financial and strategic viability of investment targets, providing insights and recommendations to the portfolio manager.
  
• Monitor and track the performance of existing investments, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to identify new investment opportunities.
  
• Assist in financial modeling and due diligence processes, including assessing business models, financials, technology, industry positioning, and management teams.
  
• Support post-investment monitoring to ensure strong internal controls and comprehensive portfolio oversight.
  
• Participate in investment discussions and contribute to strategy formulation, with potential exposure to deal structuring and negotiations when required.

How you will stand out:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  
• 0-2 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or a related field.
  
• Strong enthusiasm for investments, particularly in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and emerging technologies.
  
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate investment insights clearly.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (oral and written) is required, as many projects involve Chinese-led companies.
  
• Prior experience in private equity or investment-related roles, particularly in semiconductor investments is preferred.
