Who we are:

• Preparation of regulatory reporting in accordance with guidelines from government agencies and organizations overseeing financial markets and institutions
• Financial analysis and reporting for Management - identifying trends/areas for growth, presenting detailed and high-level metrics demonstrating the financial health of the company, and providing individual and consolidated financial reports for global entities
• Ad hoc reporting and analytics for delivering real-time insights
• Devise financial analysis templates - analyze financial statements and reports
• Understand the business through data – evaluate business operations and provide financial analysis support for Management
• Conduct variance analyses, identify and monitor company/industry trends
• Maintain and implement the budget and forecast while integrating business scenarios
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments, demonstrate proactive and transparent communication, and the ability to maintain ownership of projects

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred)
• 4+ years of work experience with financial and data analysis, management of reports and models
• Experience with data aggregation, management, and analysis; ability to identify problems and propose solutions for Management
• Proficient in Excel – create, revise, and maintain financial models and reports

• Experience in SQL
• Experience in Oracle NetSuite
• Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams
