Your MissionWe are looking for a Data Analyst to identify opportunities to enhance Uniswap's market presence across ecosystems. This role involves deep analytical research, cross-team collaborations, and development of strategic frameworks to guide business decisions and protocol deployments. The ideal candidate is a cryptonative individual with a quantitative background, eager to shape the future of DEXs with data-driven insights. What You’ll Do

Research and Strategy: Conduct comprehensive research to identify and evaluate opportunities for Uniswap to expand its market share across various blockchain networks. Develop and refine models and frameworks to support strategic decisions and new chain deployments. Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a key internal link among grantees, researchers, developers, and other ecosystem builders, facilitating data-driven decisions and strategy alignments. Content Creation: Generate impactful and publicly consumable research outputs, including dashboards, reports, and visual content, by collaborating with teams across the Uniswap Foundation. Framework Development: Craft and implement robust frameworks to drive internal strategy discussions and business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with Uniswap’s mission of decentralization and open access.

What You Bring to the Table

Analytical Prowess: Strong capability in data analysis and modeling techniques using R, SQL, Python, and similar tools. Cryptocurrency Native: In-depth understanding of the DEX landscape and. Strategic Insight: Ability to develop strategic frameworks that guide high-level decision-making and operational efficiency. 

Qualifications:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or related. At least two years of relevant experience in data analysis within a high-tech or financial services environment, preferably in DeFi. Demonstrated experience in managing large datasets and conducting complex quantitative analyses.
