WHO YOU ARE: We are seeking a Senior BA / Business Analyst III to contribute the Business Analysis function for the TPP (The Policy Processor) product track. This individual will play a critical role in driving requirement analysis, solution design, and delivery coordination across cross-functional teams. As a key member of the product team, the Senior BA will act as a bridge between product management and delivery teams, and ensure successful execution of product initiatives with a focus on quality, clarity, and timely delivery. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Manage end-to-end requirements lifecycle for the TPP product, from discovery to documentation and validation. Manage & ensure high-quality output and adherence to standards. Collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate vision and strategy into actionable user stories and functional requirements. Contribute to solution design sessions in partnership with Architects, Developers, and QA teams. Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups. Ensure effective use of tools like JIRA and Confluence for tracking, documentation, and collaboration. Proactively identify and mitigate risks or blockers affecting project scope, quality, or timelines.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

5+ years of experience in Business Analysis. Proven experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or insurance/financial services domain is a strong plus. Hands-on experience managing Business Analysts, and coordinating with development and QA teams. Strong proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum practices. Support and enhance Business Process Orchestration by aligning product capabilities with configurable workflows and decisioning frameworks. Excellent skills in stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. Ability to break down complex requirements into simple, actionable components. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and solution architecture concepts.

Preferred Qualification:

Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, SAFe, or related disciplines. Strong knowledge of Life & Annuity domain Experience with Business Process Orchestration tools (e.g., Camunda, BPMN engines) is a strong plus Experience with Life and Annuity new business and policy administration systems. Exposure to CI/CD environments Experience API-centric products.
