(Senior) Software Engineer (Backend Operations)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal administrative tools to facilitate daily operations.
- Maintain and improve diverse test environments to ensure reliability and stability for the Quality Assurance of the Crypto.com App.
- Communicate with our QA team to gather user requirements and feedback for the continuous enhancement of test environments and tools.
- Develop helper tools to facilitate the use of test environments.
- Understand our backend services and implement necessary changes to meet test environment requirements.
- Handle incidents within test environments to ensure continuous and smooth testing operations.
Requirement
- Proficiency in coding. Familiarity with 2 or more of the following languages is highly advantageous: Shell scripting, Ruby, Go, Java, Python, Typescript.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as we frequently encounter problems that are not well defined.
- Willingness to learn and a strong self-learning ability.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with different stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of Docker, AWS, Linux, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
- Experience with QA processes, including an understanding of test case management, methodologies, and data preparation, is highly advantageous.
- Experience with DevOps is a plus.
