Your Mission:
As a Software Quality Assurance intern at Bitpanda you will break down the myth of a boring job and actually "test" your nerves in making sense of Business Requirements and drafting test cases based on your understanding of them.

What you'll do:

  • Learn everything from scratch about: API testing, web, mobile. QA principles and flows, QA role in organisation, test design techniques, testing tools... Basically everything to make you a valuable member of the QA team
  • Work on a test projects to develop automation for different purposes: API, web and mobile by collaborating and learning from experienced QA engineers and your own mentor
  • Validate new features and functionality against requirements documentation (test design)
  • Write comprehensive documentation (Gherkin annotated/TestRail)
  • Report issues through a formal bug tracking system and work with the engineering team to help isolate, debug, and resolve issues / bugs (Jira)

What we're looking for:

  • Working towards a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or another technical field
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss any issue with a wide variety of individuals and groups (slices teams)
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently - High level of initiative and self-motivation
  • Willingness to learn and develop QA skills
  • Fluency in English
