Let’s go!    Your mission As a Senior Associate in Operations Strategy, you will support leadership with defining strategies, providing insights, and ensuring delivery. As part of the Operations Strategy Team, you'll gain a deep understanding of the strategic organisation of the business, its processes, and metrics. What You’ll Do

Define strategic initiatives and plans for operational areas (e.g., Customer Support, Payments) and own project delivery tracking: proactively engage with stakeholders to monitor progress, identify blockers, and escalate risks with clear timelines. Maintain a holistic overview of company-wide initiatives, projects, and key events, proactively identifying implications and dependencies for Operations (e.g., new product releases, commercial initiatives, or changes in the compliance environment). Document end-to-end operational processes and establish measurement frameworks, setting KPI governance and performance benchmarks, to identify improvement opportunities. Represent Operations in cross-functional meetings by presenting operational KPIs, project status, and ensuring alignment on priorities and dependencies. Deliver data-driven insights, executive summaries, and pre-meeting briefings to support leadership decision-making. Serve as a central point of knowledge for operational questions across the business.

Who you are

Proactive problem-solver: you don't just identify issues, you always come with proposed solutions and recommendations. Strong communication skills with the ability to process large amounts of information quickly and present it clearly. Data proficiency with experience in SQL and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau or Metabase). Ability to extract, analyse, and present complex datasets to support decision-making. Desirable experience working in a fintech or similarly dynamic, fast-paced, and regulated environment. Comfortable operating with ambiguity and adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs. A plus is experience with process documentation and project management tools and methodologies. Preferred experience in the crypto and digital assets industry with understanding of blockchain mechanics, transaction flows, custody operations, and trading infrastructure. Desirable familiarity with automation and iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato, n8n and so on) for workflow automation and process optimisation.
