Responsibilities:
- Being able to provide product support and training to help create more product value for customers
- Able to provide proactive problem resolutions
- Develop healthy customer relationships
- Evaluate and analyze customer need
- Handle support tickets, and provide online chat inquiries and email replies services to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, advice, and suggestions via email and chat tools.
- Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests and advice and provide feedback in the form of documentation.
- Handle customer requests, any special cases, or ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Proactive Approach
- Needs someone with a blockchain and crypto background.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must have knowledge of Hubspot
- Native or fluent written English is required.
- Ability to work in both a team environment and autonomously
- Demonstrate a high degree of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
- Have a background and proven experience in providing support to customers in the crypto field
- Strong passion to provide support to customers.
- Passionate about cryptocurrencies and fintech.
- Be smart, able to resolve inquiries in a professional way
- Have good contacts in the crypto industry
