We’re looking for a Finance & Accounting Operations Staff to join our Finance & Accounting team, to support finance operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be a key person to help the organization with Finance & Accounting stuff.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate with treasury, operations, community, liquidity, and engineering team to ensure the availability of fiat and crypto balance across all channels
- Ensure accuracy & timeliness of details of rebalancing
- Verify, reconcile, and execute manual withdrawal related to transaction refund, voucher redemption, and reward distribution
- Proactively communicate to other parties both external & internal in case of exceptions.
- Ensure adherence to all internal and external policies and practices of work
- Other projects as assigned by the Manager.
Who We Are Looking For
- Anyone who has passed Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related major.
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in the related role (Fresh Graduates with intern experience are welcome to apply).
- Able to operate Microsoft Office.
- Fast learner.
- Easy to adapt.
- Get things done and be detail-oriented.
- Willing to commit to a repetitive job.
