Tasks

As a Crypto Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in providing legal guidance and support related to all aspects of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, navigate complex legal challenges, and contribute to the development and execution of legal strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on a broad range of cryptocurrency and blockchain matters
• Stay abreast of regulatory developments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents pertaining to cryptocurrency transactions and partnerships
• Collaborate with internal teams to address legal implications and risks associated with business initiatives
• Conduct legal research to support strategic decision-making
• Participate in negotiations and assist in the resolution of disputes

Requirements

Experience:

• 3+ years of professional experience in a Crypto Lawyer role
• Knowledge or experience in Finance and/or Decentralized Finance and/or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain is an advantage
• In-depth understanding of relevant legal frameworks and regulations
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex legal issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Level of studies: Diploma, Bachelor or Master Degree in Law

Language Requirements: Fluent in German and English
