We are hiring for Journalist for Times of Blockchain which is a pioneer news media house covering news & events from the crypto and blockchain industry

About the Role:

Times of Blockchain is seeking an experienced and dynamic Journalist with expertise in blockchain technology to join our editorial team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in journalism, a deep understanding of blockchain concepts, and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.

What you will deliver:

Research and Reporting:

• Stay abreast of the latest developments, trends, and news in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
• Conduct in-depth research to gather information for news articles, features, and interviews.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to stay connected with key stakeholders.

Content Creation:

• Write and produce high-quality, engaging content for Web3/AI, including news articles, features, interviews, and analysis pieces.
• Craft compelling and informative headlines that capture the attention of our target audience.
• Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.

Interviews and Networking:

• Conduct interviews with industry experts, thought leaders, and key figures in the blockchain and cryptocurrency community.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry insiders to secure exclusive insights and information.

Quality Control:

• Edit and proofread articles to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to Times of Blockchain editorial standards.
• Verify information from reliable sources and fact-check content before publication.

Community Engagement:

• Monitor and respond to reader comments, feedback, and inquiries.
• Engage with the Times of Blockchain audience through social media platforms and other channels.

Must Haves for the Role:

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a journalist, preferably with a focus on blockchain and cryptocurrency.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner.
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the broader fintech landscape.
• Excellent research and investigative skills.
• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
