About the Team:

The Finance team is primarily focused on providing operational support, financial preparation and reporting, cost management, and financial infrastructure support to help the overall growth of the business.

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for afull-time Senior Finance Analyst, reporting directly to the Europe Finance Manager, to assist and help manage the daily financial operations of the company. The right candidate should be comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously and provide support to the finance and global teams. You must also have strong prioritisation skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.

Responsibilities:

• Support operations as needed with customer settlements, reconciliations and ad/hoc tasks
• Monitor and maintain trading cash balances
• Support finance team with audit activities and monthly financial statements
• Handle bank queries and assist with banking relationship, including on-boarding
• Prepare quarterly reporting to the regulatory authorities
• Support Business Development team with on/off ramp customer/banking queries

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or equivalent
• Minimum of 4+ years previous work experience in a Finance/Banking position
• Proficiency in the use ofMS Excel
• Excellent command of verbal, written and interpersonal communication in English
• Flexible working hours

Nice to haves:

• Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange
• Curious about blockchain technology and the crypto payments space
• Experience working across time zones and cross cultural teams
