We are funded by the best investors in the world including: a16z, Sequoia, PayPal, Binance Ventures, Coinbase Ventures, Uniswap Labs, Circle Ventures, Delphi Digital, and many more.   ABOUT THE ROLE As a Paralegal at LayerZero Labs, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team by managing legal documentation, conducting research, and assisting in contract management. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a cutting-edge technology company.   WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings. Manage core documents from start to finish including NDAs, incentive compensation agreements and offer letters. Manage and organize legal documentation, ensuring that files are up-to-date and easily accessible. Prepare and file legal documents with appropriate courts and regulatory bodies. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate communication and document exchange. Help develop and implement legal procedures and policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Assist in managing contract lifecycle processes, including tracking deadlines and ensuring timely renewals and terminations. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.

  ABOUT YOU

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field. 3+ years of experience working as a paralegal, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work. Strong understanding of legal terminology, principles, and procedures. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
