Plan and execute online and offline events to enhance brand impact and user engagement, including strategizing and carrying out activities to attract new users and retain existing ones. Manage day-to-day operations of the project, including writing data analysis reports, tracking, and analyzing user behavior to optimize operational strategies. Participate in setting the operation budget and monitor operational costs to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI. Identify, recruit, and maintain Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the MyShell community, establishing and maintaining good cooperative relationships. Act as a liaison for cross-departmental communication, working closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to achieve project objectives. Initiate creative community events to drive engagement and fuel growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above. At least 2 years of relevant industry experience; candidates with prior Web3 or blockchain company experience are preferred. Goal-oriented with a track record of successful operations. Fluent in English, able to adapt to an international work environment. Familiar with Web3 industry trends, with an in-depth understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, etc. Strong project management and multitasking abilities. Robust social networking and communication skills, capable of quickly establishing effective working relationships. Excellent event planning and execution skills, capable of independently managing large-scale events. Proficient in using various community management tools (e.g., Zealy, Discord settings) and capable of coding or utilizing the MyShell platform to build custom community management tools. Strong sense of time management, self-motivated, and able to coordinate and push community moderators and ambassadors to deliver results. Creative mindset, with the ability to initiate innovative community events that drive engagement and growth. What We Offer
