About Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Visual Content Creator & Social Media Creator to join our team at LCX. The primary responsibility of this role will be to produce and host live Twitter and YouTube shows, as well as create engaging videos for distribution across various visual social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize, plan, and execute 8-10 live Twitter and YouTube shows per month, ensuring high-quality content and engaging presentation.

2. Host live sessions, twitter space and youtube live with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism, engaging with viewers and fostering a sense of community.

3. Shoot visually appealing and captivating videos tailored for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, showcasing our brand and products/services.

4. Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all scheduled shows and videos.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content creation efforts with overall brand messaging and marketing objectives.

6. Monitor audience engagement metrics and feedback to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual content creation, social media, and video editing.

8. Perform basic video editing tasks to enhance the quality and visual appeal of produced content.

Requirements:

1. Excellent screen presence and on-camera charisma.

2. Fluent in English with impeccable speaking skills and a broad vocabulary.

3. Proven experience in video content creation and hosting, preferably in a similar role.

4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

5. Proficiency in basic video editing software/tools.

6. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging visual content.

7. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
