Finance Business Partner – Earn
Responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated finance partner to the Earn business units, providing proactive financial guidance and commercial challenge to support strategic decisions.

Own end-to-end P&L reporting and analysis for Earn (Flexible, Staking, Loan, Structured Products) — including gross revenue, net revenue, cost of funds, and margin analysis.

Partner with product and business teams on new product launches, pricing decisions, and go-to-market strategies — providing financial feasibility assessments and scenario analysis.

Monitor key business and financial KPIs and produce regular performance insights for senior leadership.

Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles for the Earn business verticals.

Identify revenue leakage, cost inefficiencies, and margin improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis.

Collaborate with the Accounting and Treasury teams to ensure accurate accruals, revenue recognition, and balance sheet treatment of Earn liabilities.

Support regulatory and compliance reporting requirements related to Earn products and OTC/Convert transactions across jurisdictions.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, investment banking, or financial control, ideally within crypto, fintech, or financial services.

Strong understanding of crypto Earn products (flexible savings, staking, structured products and loan)

Experience working in a Finance Business Partner or commercial finance role, with demonstrated ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.

Familiarity with crypto asset economics, yield mechanics, spread pricing, and liquidity management is highly desirable.

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment.

A curiosity for and working knowledge of AI tools to drive efficiency and insight in a fast-evolving digital finance environment is highly desirable.
