We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our AI Bot Operations Team. This role involves driving new initiatives related to bot interaction design and functionality. The ideal candidate will have a strong user-centric mindset, a keen sensitivity to product interaction experiences, and the ability to innovate while ensuring practical implementation. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and a deep understanding of AI technologies, including basic skills in Python and SQL.
Job Descriptions:
- Drive new initiatives related to bot interaction design and functionality.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and product interaction.
- Drive strategic initiatives and provide leadership to the team, ensuring accountability and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Utilize AI knowledge to contribute to the development and improvement of BOT functionalities.
- Can write and maintain code in Python and SQL to support project requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in a product management role.
- Strong user-centric mindset with a keen sensitivity to product interaction and user experience.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement practical solutions.
- Strategic thinking and leadership skills with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in AI technologies and experience with Python and SQL.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
