These materials will shape the look and feel of the locations, as well as how we convey to users who we are, what our mission is, and what does this mean for them. You will report to the Head of Brand Design and work directly with diverse stakeholders across the organization to understand the strategic and operational needs and translate them into compelling, simple, local, and accessible design materials that maintain a high creative standard. Your work will have high visibility globally and support strategic and operational priorities for many teams across the organization (e.g., product, operations, legal, data privacy, communications, etc.).  World is a network of real humans built on a privacy-preserving proof of personhood and a globally inclusive financial network. It is built to connect, empower, and be owned by everyone. This is a fast-growing, ambitious project without a blueprint. Reporting to the Head of Brand Design, we are seeking a Brand Designer to help us imagine, define, evolve, and maintain what this unique project looks and feels like. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand both strategic objectives and operational requirements, translating these insights into clear and culturally resonant design materials that meet high creative standards. In this role, you will:

Conceptualize and design creative ideas and concepts in alignment with brand strategy and Head of Brand Design Work on multiple projects at the same time for different markets around the worldYou will be responsible for designing graphic and marketing materials, assisting, and collaborating with other team members Create visual assets, graphic materials, sketch and concept ideas, work on a wide range of print and digital project  Work with a wider group of designers, and producers as well cross-functional stakeholders from all around the company (e.g., Market Operations, Trust & Safety, Communications, etc.) Execute design and revisions according to creative direction Experience with simplifying and communicating ideas to broad audiences Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices 

About you:

3+ years of experience in brand  design print and digital Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, and other graphic design software. After effect a plus. Strong interest in new technologies Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory and current best practices. Strong eye for design, page composition and layout Hands-on design skills and creation of high-fidelity mockups, illustrations, and assets Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects across teams Experience working in both digital and print design Knowledge of press and printing processes Strong communication skills and presentation skills Experience working with design systems for large brands across projects Creating high-fidelity mockup and assets

  Bonus qualifications:

Past experience with digital marketing design for different range of markets Experience with motion graphics or video production

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH in San Francisco ranges from $110,000 - $125,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package, and may include variable compensation.
