About You You’re an inventive designer who leverages motion graphics to translate conceptual thinking into prolific visual moments and expressions. You are ready to make an impact across brand, marketing and also product, through potent and cohesive visuals. You combine creative instincts and skillful craft of various design tools, with a particular focus on motion design and animation to bring ideas to life and into the world. You proactively seek solutions, move fast by default, communicate clearly and consistently take accountability for your own work within the dynamic of a larger team. Key Responsibilities

Work closely with and consistently take direction and feedback from the Art Director and Design Director on the team, with oversight from the Head of Brand. Create and deliver polished final motion designs and elements for campaigns, social content, landing pages, emails, in-product, and more. Contribute to the evolution and documentation of core visual elements of the brand identity, especially for motion elements and expressions. Develop and maintain a library of reusable motion templates and 3D assets. Cultivate a curiosity and understanding of the product in order to know how to effectively communicate and express various product features for marketing. Design immersive visuals that elevate the brand’s identity and connect with diverse audiences online and across the globe. Stay ahead of design and animation tools and emerging technologies to keep our visuals fresh and inventive.
