Web3 Brand Designer (Remote)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines: Create and update comprehensive brand guidelines that ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Lead brand strategy initiatives: Participate in brand strategy meetings and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand presence and identity.
- Design visual assets: Design a variety of visual assets including logos, packaging, social media graphics, email templates, and marketing materials.
- Present and communicate designs: Present design concepts to stakeholders and effectively communicate design choices and revisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with Marketing, Content, Social, PR, to create cohesive and compelling visual designs.
- This person is able to take concepts into high fidelity designs.
- Stay on top of technology trends and announcements across the Web3 ecosystem.
- Remain well-versed in the design strategies of other technology and product teams.
- Help maintain design operations for managed clients to ensure alignment and transparency across the Serotonin marketing services.Â
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience working in design, publications, and/or designing for tech companies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand design work and creativity.
- Strong typography and color knowledge and fundamentals.
- Proven track record executing successful design deliverables for a variety of audiences/clients.
- Past experience in design strategy in addition to execution is a plus.
- Experience working with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud and Google Suite
- A knack for grasping concepts and products quickly and is able to self govern
- Experience with blockchain/Web3 or fintech, or a demonstrated interest to learn.
- A desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus
