This role sits within the Creative and Marketing team, and the successful candidate create cohesive design and illustration assets for multiple, simultaneous projects, solving creative challenges through fresh visual solutions and technical expertis
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in designing brand materials, with a strong portfolio
- Highly proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other design collaboration or prototyping tools
- Strong fundamental design, typography, color theory, layout, and illustration skills
- Interest in digital assets, DeFi, and/or FinTech is advantageous

What does a brand designer do?
A brand designer is responsible for creating and maintaining the visual identity of a brand

The brand designer works closely with the marketing and branding teams to ensure that the brand's visual identity is consistent across all touchpoints, including the company's website, social media, advertising materials, and product packaging

- Collaborating with the marketing and branding teams to develop a brand strategy and visual identity
- Designing logos, color schemes, typography, and other visual elements for the brand
- Creating and designing marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and social media graphics
- Ensuring that the brand's visual identity is consistent across all touchpoints and marketing materials
- Participating in client presentations and pitches for new business
- Staying up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices
