About the Team
The Connext team is remote first and globally distributed, with English as primary language. We are looking for self-starters who are excited about working in a fast paced startup environment. We do not require contributors to live in specific time zones, but much of the team lives and works in the US/European timezones.

Overview:
We're looking for a talented and self-driven Head of BD to support Connext on its growth journey. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of our evolving Growth team, aiming to significantly impact Connext’s growing integrations pipeline and solidify the leading market position.

This is a full-time, 100% remote opportunity to work with talented crypto team members worldwide. The successful candidate will report to the CEO of the Connext Foundation.

We aim to grow our transactions volume 10x over the next year (from $1B to $10B).

Key Responsibilities:
Strategize and implement business development in the interop space, identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities.
Lead a BD team focused on driving adoption and partnerships within the Interop and Chain Abstraction ecosystem
Land integrations with fast growing dApps, L2s and Modular Blockchains, Intent Solver Networks, Market-makers, CEXes, and other key players
Drive volume and protocol fees generation

Requirements:
You are crypto-native, but professional 
You spent 7+ years in a BD role and mastered this art
You have hustle and curiosity: you are truly curious about potential client’s problems and are able to make people excited and secure Win-Win deals
You are a leader: you’ve lead BD teams and know how to build goal, processes and incentives for top-performance
You are data-driven and thorough
You have a strong network of contacts in the space
