We are a global development studio that helps other development studios make their games better.  We work with studios across the world to create, develop, iterate and maintain their games. 

Your mission:

We do business development differently! So much so, we call it Future Development and because of our substantial growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager based in the Americas to come and join us, for the next part of our journey. 

Reporting to our VP of Future Development, you’ll be supporting the Future Development team as well as working closely with our senior management team and project managers to grow our projects and our clients’.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Partnering with our senior management and other Account Managers, you will be working to grow our partnerships in the Americas and around the globe.
    • Connect with current and future clients to build relationships and analyse future development opportunities.
    • Make sure that the needs of our clients’ are met, as well as any future opportunities to expand the team or offer any more development support to our clients existing projects.
    • Partner with the Project Managers to maintain and support client relationships.
    • Attend trade shows and visit clients as needed to grow the business.

What we need from you:

    • Previous experience within the games industry is essential, but not necessarily within an account manager role.
    • Commercial mindset as well as an entrepreneurial attitude.
    • Being able to seek out opportunities for future growth.
    • A real ‘farmer’ in account management.
    • Highly organised and proactive in your approach.
    • Sharp eye for detail.
