As Communications Lead, you will build out the strategy and messaging across Phantom’s consumer-facing social media and community channels.
We are looking for an experienced Communications strategist with a passion for crypto, NFTs and DeFi that is excited to help Phantom in this next phase of growth. Your voice will help Phantom further cultivate our brand with our community and build important relationships with the ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Serving as the day-to-day lead of Phantom’s social media channels (mainly Twitter, but also Youtube, Reddit, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram)
- Developing Phantom’s social media program and calendar
- Leveraging social media to raise issues and prioritize product feedback
- Helping ideate and produce sponsored and advertising creative
- Using analytics and reporting to discover insights and drive communications strategy
- Potentially building and moderating a consumer-facing Discord community with an international presence
Qualifications
- 5+ experience leading communications and social media for a high-growth company, ideally with some in-house experience
- A passion for Web3 culture, Dapps (NFT marketplaces, DeFi, Play-To-Earn), and the Solana/Ethereum ecosystems
- Expertise in working with PR agencies, journalists, and influencers for brand storytelling
- Experience managing or moderating Discord communities is a plus
