Community Manager
In this role you will:
- Guide and support existing community members across Discord and Forum.
- Support the Global Ambassador program (existing and new members).
- Assist regional growth initiatives by collecting feedback from ambassadors and community members.
- Help coordinate community events and major milestones activation, including social media content planning.
Key Requirements:
- Good understanding of the crypto ecosystemÂ
- Previous work experience managing and growing online communities
- Experience organizing Webinars, Office Hours, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), and Twitter Spaces
- Experience using Discord and Telegram for community coordination
- Strong written communication skills and English proficiency
Bonus Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in handling community crises
- Prior experience with a layer one blockchain or infrastructure protocol project
