We’re hiring a Head of Community @ VenturePunk, an early-stage web3 product studio. It’s a unique opportunity to work with a proven founder and get on the ground floor of a seed-stage startup building multiple projects in crypto, NFTs, and the metaverse. This role is fully remote.

About VenturePunk

  • VenturePunk is what’s known as a startup studio or product builder. We’re a company that works to build several different companies or products in rapid succession. We use the same internal team and resources to efficiently crank out as many experiments as possible using proven processes to ideate, validate, get traction, and then scale new ventures.
  • We're passionate about NFT communities, collector tools, web3 games, DeFi, decentralized social media, DAOs, creator monetization, CC0, and many other areas.
  • Founded by Jordan Lyall, a product-focused builder with a long history in the crypto and NFT space. Previously, he served as CPO and Co-Founder of Nifty's Inc, an NFT platform for community engagement and the $MEME Project, an early experimental NFT protocol in 2020.

About the Role

  • We are seeking out a candidate with stellar interpersonal and management skills to lead and scale community management efforts of the entire VenturePunk network while creating best practices for community managers.
  • Develop clear objectives for each of our communities
  • Review current processes and develop a plan of action to improve workflows
  • Work with the team to make sure initiatives and experiments are completed effectively at the highest level
  • Develop and lead community engagement programs and work cross-functionally across creative and operational teams to ensure we’re building an engaged and active community
  • Help design the necessary experiences to enable us to onboard and retain our audiences and strengthen our communities
  • Create SOP to resolve hyper-sensitive conflicts between members in the community
  • Analyze and leverage quantitative and qualitative data every week to continuously optimize the strategy

Requirements

  • Experience as a web3 community manager
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Experience with the best practices within current NFT/crypto communities
  • Experience managing multiple teams across multiple regions
  • Strong analytics with an eye for efficiency and optimization
