Searching for a vibrant and inspired Senior Content Manager of Social Media, with experience and knowledge of Web3, Metaverse, NFTs, as well as the ability and organizational skills to develop strategy for, create content for, and manage multiple beauty social accounts (primarily Instagram, FB, and TikTok) at Tractenberg & Co. in NYC.
 
  • Ideally, 2-3+ years of experience working in social (but open to people who think they're right for the role but don't have social experience)
  • Strategic thinker who is creative but also can look at analytics and learn a few things—all to create and work to elevate the accounts that you own
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as you'll have different clients with varying needs and personalities
  • Experience and knowledge of the Metaverse, NFPs, and crypto currency
  • Ability to pull analytics from our CMS for client learnings and assemble weekly and monthly reports, with recommendations for moving forward according to each client's KPIs
  • Understanding of and past experience with paid boosting a plus
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communications skills; ability to write clear compelling content and use storytelling to build engagement
  • Ideas machine: Posts, videos, Stories, shot lists, strategic partnerships with other brands... You'll be the creative lead behind each of your accounts
  • Ability to change on a dime when a client's priorities shift, there's news that affects planned posts, or a client simply changes their mind
  • High level of professionalism, as you're representing the entire agency with every Zoom you do and every post you create
  • Excellent project management skills: Prioritize projects, secure deadlines, and ensure that deliverables are met by the team, which includes daily creative requests for content
  • Must be someone who can manage their workload (with the help of a content manager) and take the initiative that's necessary, and also be a collaborator when we need to come together as a team to dream up exciting new plans for accounts
  • Resourcefulness and resilience; ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Grasp of current events and what's happening in the social sphere at all times, so you can correctly guide your clients in how to optimize their presence and navigate times that can be sensitive
