Are you excited to change the status quo of finance with a rockstar team, backed by the best advisors & investors in the ecosystem?
REDEFINING FINANCE
Minterest is a unique borrowing/lending protocol that does more than just enable users to earn interest and utilize token assets. It provides the community with a decentralized financial ecosystem, that is fair and equal by rewarding long term liquidity providers (users).
This is achieved by using an on-chain treasury and buyback mechanism. The game changing protocol is engineered to automatically pass on all protocol revenue to contributing platform users. This way, users receive protocol revenue on top of industry leading borrowing/ lending rates.
Liquidations represent hundreds of millions in revenue that have been taken off major DeFi project chains by third party liquidators. The protocol also provides a user centric dashboard, providing professional portfolio and risk analysis tools to users. The protocol is designed with the best interests of its users at its core.
Minterest is expanding its Marketing team and is now seeking a Community Director to bring additional world class capability to the business.
The new Community Director will join a team with enormous breadth and depth in developing digital platforms for both the blockchain and FinTech sectors and who have between them created billions in shareholder value while launching numerous startups that have become global category leaders, including the world's largest freelancer platform Freelancer dot com.
COMPANY CULTURE
What matters most at work for us is not just what we do but rather who we do it with.
Our culture fundamentally empowers people to flourish and deliver extraordinary outcomes in their work. We are consultative, inclusive, and enable people to contribute, and most importantly we foster an environment in which all of our team experience being safe to perform their best.
We look for people who can ask for help, admit mistakes and make sure they only happen once. For those seeking pure perfection, we’re not the right place. Instead, our attention is on people being real, impactful progress, and learning fast because no one is perfect.
Our Community Director needs to be someone aligned with such values and principles.
