Concept Art House is looking for a Community Lead to build and lead the brand and community in the innovative and growing NFT Space. Our work is collaborative and fast-paced; our culture thrives on the principle of continuous learning and development. Every day you will work with a world-class team to defy the limits of what audiences can expect from our products.


What you will do

  • Define our strategy to acquire, engage and retain NFT communities.
  • Conduct outreach to and develop partnerships with influencers and other projects to help raise our profile.
  • Develop conversation starters, campaigns and content to engage NFT markets.
  • Structure an Ambassador Program to be our advocates and leaders in local NFT markets across the world.
  • Keep a pulse on trending and hot topics in the community and identify areas of opportunity to grow engagement at scale.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Product teams to creatively engage the talent community through content, campaigns, gamification and token participation.
  • Work with Marketing & Social Media teams to build a large online audience and community to help with Braintrust content creation, brand-building and recruiting funnels.

What skills you will need

  • Led community management (twitter,discord) for a similar NFT collection
  • Extremely comfortable in Telegram, Twitter & Discord
  • Knowledge of the NFT community and metaverse including crypto specific language and meme culture
  • Ideally experience with integration of Discord bots for chat automation
  • Experience with the crypto space, DeFi and NFTs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 2-3 years experience in social media marketing, content creation, editorial, and product
  • A proven ability to build and manage a large online global community and audience
  • Prior management/ leadership experience
  • Familiar with and has existing relationships with freelance communities and organizations, a plus.
  • Highly organized and operationally efficient, able to work on a wide variety of projects daily
  • Highly autonomous
  • Thrive in a remote only environment

  • Working closely with the development team to ensure that the community's needs and feedback are being taken into account in the design and development of the technology
  • Providing regular updates and information to the community about the progress and status of the technology
  • Dentifying and addressing any issues or conflicts within the community, and working to resolve them in a positive and constructive manner.
