About the Role: Tomo is searching for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Web3 and social media native, you will play a pivotal role in managing Tomo's social media presence, delivering a compelling, ongoing narrative and point of view, tailored to Web3-focused audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a complete social media plan to strengthen Tomo's online presence and raise our brand in the Web3 ecosystem.
- Manage and grow our presence on Twitter, creating attractive and shareable content, including informative and insightful posts based on our data, engaging visuals, and captivating videos that connect with our target audience.
- Proactively monitor social media trends, new platforms, and best practices in the Web3 space and apply this knowledge to improve our social media plan and content creation efforts.
- Work closely with different teams to align social media efforts with broader company goals and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Continuously analyze social media metrics and insights to measure the impact of our social media efforts, identify areas for improvement, and generate data-driven recommendations for optimizing engagement and reach.
- Stay updated with the latest developments, trends, and innovations in Web3 and dpps), and effectively communicate these advancements to our audience through engaging social media content.
- Coordinate work with the visual designer and copywriter to ensure overall alignment and cohesive content.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Web3, blockchain, crypto, and decentralized applications (dapps).
- Demonstrated passion for Web3 and a genuine enthusiasm for the potential of decentralized ecosystems to change various industries.
- Proficiency in English, with strong grammatical knowledge and writing skills.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in successfully managing social media platforms, preferably in the Web3 space.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to craft engaging and impactful content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
