Responsibilities
- Technical Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions, including sourcing, screening, closing, and onboarding candidates. Focus on quality over quantity, ensuring that only the best candidates are considered.
- Culture Champion: Ensure that every candidate experience reflects our commitment to culture, quality, and integrity. Promote our core values and maintain exceptionally high standards throughout the recruitment process.
- Outbound Sourcing: Take initiative to find creative solutions for attracting top talent, including attending industry events, and leveraging social media.
- System Ownerships: Rigorously maintain systems and processes to track inbound and outbound talent, report on core KPIs, and grow a global world class talent pool.
- Talent Management: Use reliable and innovative frameworks to consistently assess and retain talent, train others on the team regularly to do the same, and go above and beyond the role of a recruiter to keep our people happy.
- Create Road Maps: Embed yourself in different departments to constantly understand their hiring needs, then work with leadership to turn that into a road map that you’ll execute on.
Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in crypto/web3. A deep understanding and passion for our industry is a must.
- Versatility: you’re able to recruit across multiple domains and skill sets, with a strong track record of successfully filling diverse roles.
- Your passion and deep understanding of the crypto industry makes it easy to stay up-to-date with industry trends and improve our recruitment strategy faster than others in this space!
- You put a strong emphasis on team culture, quality, and integrity. Bonus if you have experience working in a people related role and are willing to go above and beyond recruitment.
- A willingness to go above and beyond in sourcing and engaging top talent, and doing what it takes to maintain our current talent (support with people ops & employee engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional Organizational Skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency with ATS software (we use Lever).
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay packages include competitive salaries & meaningful token options. Salaries for this role range from $75-150k (USD), and your token allocation can grow with your voting rewards while you participate in the growing ecosystem.
