Who are we looking for?

We need someone to be the master of knowing all the team members inside our organization. We’re currently struggling to document the fast pace of our exponential growth. We need a kind people-person to count “geese” as our organization grows exponentially. We need a hyper-organized people person to maintain the structure of our organizations that we assist. To succeed in this role you must;

• Be approachable, easy to talk to, and ask questions.

• Be a hyper-organized superhero!

• Be easy to teach and willing to learn.

• Enjoy speaking with team members, while providing HR support.

• Have creative ideas, suggestions, and solutions.

• Have exceptional communication skills, as we navigate a completely remote and distributed team.

• Have previous experience in managing employee data and maintaining organizational spreadsheets.

• Maintain confidentiality.

Job Tasks

Work Agreement Process Ownership

• Create work agreements for new hires based on templates.

• Coordinate with new hires and their buddies to ensure completeness of their agreements.

• Complete and review work agreements in Google Doc that will transfer to openlaw.io, an agreement signature tool.

• Update the individual agreements as needed (tasks, compensation, terms, etc).

• Update the templates as needed.

Contributor Data Management

• Create and maintain a contributor database for every organization.

• Update database for new hires and terminated agreements.

• Update and maintain Sobol, an online database every 2 weeks.

• After 3 months of work, manage contributor reviews. 

Other Tasks

• Make hiring recommendations for which teams need additional support.

• Attend weekly group meetings of different working groups and organizations.

• Use communication platforms of Discord, Telegram, and Zenhub.
