Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline interview process to deliver a best in class candidate experience
  • Support the interview scheduling logistics of assigned requisitions, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to the business as needed
  • Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process
  • Manage recruiting databases and other HR assets in structured and timely manners
  • Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods
  • Manage weekly/monthly data and metrics reporting on interview and hiring activity

About you:

  • Graduating or recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Extremely organised and detail oriented.
  • Strong problem solving, communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy working with people and getting to know them.


Time Period:

  • Full/Part time interns who could start immediately are preferred (3-6 months)
