Role Overview

We’re looking for a responsible and proactive Business Assistant to help our founder manage tasks and projects in the tech space. This is a fast-paced environment where organization, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep track of tasks assigned by the CEO and ensure they’re up-to-date.
• Support project management tasks, including coordination of workflows between internal teams and external contractors, and tracking deadlines.
• Prepare reports on the progress of key projects and tasks.
• Monitor and drive progress on OKRs and KPIs.
• Assist in communication with business partners: draft proposals, support negotiations, set up meeting plans, take notes, and ensure follow-ups.
• Organize regular check-ins and updates.
• Prepare and edit materials, such as presentations, FAQs, technical documentation, and analytical reports.
• Solve day-to-day operational issues to keep the business running smoothly.

Required Qualifications:

• A proven track record of at least 2 years as a Business Assistant, Project Manager, or in a related role.
• Experience with IT products and technologies.
• Exposure to crypto/blockchain is a strong plus but not essential.
• Top-notch organizational skills, proactive mindset with a “let’s fix this” attitude and the ability to prioritize like a pro.
• Experience with task management tools (Notion, Jira, Linear, or similar).
• Ability to draft clear and compelling documents, including proposals, reports, and project summaries.
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Russian and proficient in English (C1 level).
