Let’s go!  Your mission As a Marketing Campaign Analyst at Bitpanda, you will be the driving force behind the success of our marketing initiatives. Your mission is to bridge the gap between creative execution and data-driven strategy, ensuring that every campaign—from initial planning to final post-mortem—is executed with precision and aligned with our core business objectives.  You’ll be at the heart of cross-functional collaboration, partnering with our Marketing, CRM, and Data teams to define the metrics that matter, optimize campaign performance, and uncover new growth opportunities. By combining your analytical rigor with a passion for marketing, you will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that empower our team to make better decisions and deliver exceptional customer experiences. What you’ll do

Campaign Measurement: Manage end-to-end performance tracking across all marketing channels, including brand, CRM, influencer, and product marketing initiatives.1 Operational Support: Coordinate user incentive campaigns, including managing eligibility validation, payout preparation, and reward distribution.1 Reporting & Insights: Design and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks, translating marketing data into actionable recommendations to optimize campaign performance.1 Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional partners—including Marketing Managers, CRM, and Data teams—to define KPIs and measure overall business impact.1 Growth & Experimentation: Analyze customer journeys and attribution to identify growth opportunities while leading A/B testing, incrementality analysis, and continuous process improvement.

  Who you are

Professional Experience: You bring 3–4 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical function. Adaptability & Insight: You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable marketing insights. Campaign Expertise: You possess a strong background in analyzing multi-channel campaign performance and driving optimization through data-backed recommendations. Communication Skills: You demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills and are adept at presenting data-driven insights effectively to marketing and business leadership. Analytical Rigor: You are highly detail-oriented and analytical, with deep proficiency in leveraging dashboards, KPIs, and customer data to support growth strategies.
