Youâll work closely with our Leadership teams around employee development, engagement and policy. Youâll provide guidance on improving our compensation, leveling and performance management initiatives using a data driven approach. Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic thought partner to our leadership teams. Manage Compensation & Benefits programs and drive market benchmarking and salary surveys. Lead end-to-end Performance Management processes including goal setting, reviews, and calibrations. Manage Exit & Offboarding processes including exit interviews and attrition analysis. Conduct regular Manager Check-ins and provide coaching support on people matters. Develop, review, and implement HR policies compliant with Indian labor laws. Handle employee relations cases, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions. Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to align people strategy with business needs. Lead Competency Mapping initiatives and framework development. Partner on Career Planning, individual development plans, and succession planning. Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience and organizational culture.
Skills and Experience:
A background of 10+ years in HRBP or similar role Knowledge of employment-related laws, regulations, and compliance requirements and a track record of prioritizing, defining, developing, and rolling out scalable HR solutions that address the needs of the business. Fully developed coaching and problem solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities. Strong experience partnering closely with senior leadership partners.
