Remote Crypto Jobs

We are seeking a Remote Crypto Operations Specialist to support our organization’s entry into the digital asset space in collaboration with our affiliate companies. This position is responsible for setting up, securing, and managing cryptocurrency transactions and wallets while ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Tasks

🔒 Wallet & Security Management

• Establish and manage secure crypto wallets (hardware, custodial, multi-signature).
• Implement robust private key management and backup protocols.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and best practices in digital asset security.

💰 Transaction Execution & Management

• Set up institutional accounts on crypto exchanges (Coinbase Prime, Kraken Institutional, etc.).
• Execute crypto purchases and transfers efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor transaction confirmations and resolve discrepancies promptly.

📑 Compliance & Risk Oversight

• Ensure all KYC/AML requirements are met with exchanges and custodians.
• Adhere to company treasury policies and defined risk appetite.
• Maintain meticulous transaction records for audit and regulatory purposes.

📊 Reporting & Reconciliation

• Prepare periodic reports on holdings, valuations, and transaction history.
• Assist finance with integrating crypto transactions into accounting systems.
• Monitor market conditions to provide updates on potential risks or opportunities.

👥 Collaboration & Training

• Coordinate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to align crypto operations with company policies.
• Train relevant team members on wallet security, transaction processes, and internal procedures.

Requirements

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

✔️ 1+ year of experience in cryptocurrency operations, digital asset management, or crypto trading.

✔️ Strong knowledge of wallet setup, private key management, exchange platforms, and blockchain fundamentals.

✔️ Familiarity with KYC/AML requirements for institutional accounts.

✔️ Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and discretion in handling sensitive data.

✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for transaction tracking and reporting.
