VIP & Institutional Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Be responsible as the Point of Contact (POC) of VIP & Institutional team to engage with company wide compliance initiation and coordinate resources within team.Â
- Lead and manage client-focused projects from inception to completion. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to align with business goals and compliance standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all VIP & Institutional-related projects. Communicate project expectations, updates, and progress to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure that all client projects impacting VIP & Institutional clients adhere to relevant compliance and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to obtain necessary approvals.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, allocate resources, and track project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Manage project changes and issues as they arise, ensuring minimal impact on project deliverables.
- Establish KPIs, monitor project performance, and prepare regular status reports. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience at consulting, financial institution or fintech company.
- Knowledge of compliance or regulatory framework in the financial industry and their impact on business operation.
- Knowledge of financial related business including but not limited to trading, banking, custody, or brokerage.Â
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and able to produce concise and accurate internal documentation and reports.
- Experience of project management in projects related to compliance monitoring, compliance driven product enhancement, or regulatory reporting is a plus.
- Able to work with multinational and cross timezone teams and build strong cross functional relationships.
- Ability to proactively and assertively engage with project stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and self-motivated with the ability to seek to meet high standards results.
