We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join STON.fi DEX team. This role is crucial in enhancing our presence and engagement within the crypto and DeFi community through various events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive event plan that includes both offline and online events, as well as managing our participation in industry-specific gatherings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an event plan including offline and online events.
• Organize full-cycle standalone company events, including hackathons, meetups, and educational workshops on DEX usage and DeFi concepts.
• Manage our participation in major crypto conferences, blockchain expos, and DeFi summits.
• Coordinate AMAs sessions and panel discussions with our team leaders and community engagement events on platforms like Telegram and Discord.
• Plan and execute live-streaming events for product launches and major updates.
• Develop and manage crypto-specific networking events to connect with potential partners, investors, and influential figures in the space.
• Create and manage event budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all events.
• Oversee on-site and virtual event logistics.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Event Manager. Having experience in crypto events is a plus.
• Experience in organizing both technical (e.g., hackathons) and non-technical, offline and online events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Located in Europe.
