Tasks

As a Growth Manager (Social Media) at Linkko, you will be at the forefront of our mission to enhance visibility and engagement within the web3 community.

Your role will be dynamic and pivotal, requiring you to actively engage with web3 users and projects across various social media platforms, primarily Twitter, Farcaster, and Debank.

You'll craft and execute strategies to promote Linkko, interact with users, and devise innovative approaches to increase our visibility within the rapidly evolving web3 landscape.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Engagement: Drive daily engagement on Twitter by actively participating in discussions, responding to user queries, and sharing relevant content to increase Linkko's presence.

• Content Creation: Develop compelling social media content, including tweets, threads, and graphics, to effectively communicate Linkko's value proposition and drive user engagement.

• Community Building: Foster a vibrant and engaged community around Linkko by initiating conversations, hosting AMAs (Ask Me Anything), and organizing giveaways or challenges to incentivize participation.

• Partnership Outreach: Collaborate with web3 projects and influencers to establish partnerships, cross-promotions, and co-marketing opportunities, thereby expanding Linkko's reach to new audiences.

• Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of social media campaigns, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

• Innovation: Continuously explore new platforms, trends, and creative tactics to stay ahead of the curve and maintain Linkko's competitive edge in the dynamic web3 space.

Profile

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.

• Deep understanding of web3 concepts, decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTS, and crypto markets.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content and foster meaningful interactions with diverse audiences.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive growth.

• A genuine passion for blockchain technology and a commitment to promoting its adoption and accessibility.
