XBTO consistently ranks among the top crypto trading and venture investing firms. We are looking for a Junior IT Technician in our growing new headquarters in Miami.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT
• Assist in administering the tech stack with specialization in Office365, Gsuite, Okta, Atlassian, Zoom, and more.
• Deploy devices for end-users (Windows, Mac, Linux, QubeOs, and all sorts of mobile devices).
• Inventory and maintain IT asset data (serial numbers, software keys, locations, )
• Create documentation to enable end-users to interact with our hardware and software
• Providing technical support
• Leading IT Support team

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Apple systems and
• Experience (personal or professional) working with cryptocurrencies, examples include trading various digital assets, using different crypto platforms, and transferring coins on blockchain.
• Extremely curious about new technologies and passionate about this new era.
• You will demonstrate a fundamental grasp of different network architectures, coupled with strong administration skills.
• Relevant qualifications related to software engineering/development/scripting would be advantageous.
